We sell and ship Products only to locations within the United States (including its territories and military locations).  We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.  While we may accept special orders, we  will not to ship to an international destination.    We process and ship packages Monday through Friday. We do not offer shipping on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

We do our best to process all orders within forty-eight (48) hours from the time you have correctly submitted your order of Products to us.  A confirmation e-mail will be sent upon submission of order from customerservice@naturesadv.com.  Once shipped, an email with tracking number will be sent from customerservices@naturesadv.com. 

We will present you with shipping options and charges at checkout. To the extent applicable, you are responsible for all taxes on your shipment.  Shipping rates are calculated based on the Products in your cart and the shipping method you selected.

Once your order is shipped, we will e-mail you a tracking number.

Our warehouse has a goal to ship your order within 48 hours of submission.  

Orders placed after 1:00 pm CST will be processed the next business day (not including weekends and holidays).  Estimated arrival times are not guaranteed.   

Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact processing and/or delivery time.

    We will change, amend and update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, Products, general business operations and industry.  In the event of any such change, we will post a revised policy on this Site and revise the “Last Updated” date of such policy.  We reserve the right to change, amend and update this Shipping Policy at any time in our sole and absolute discretion, and such changes will be effective upon posting of the revised policy.  You should check this Shipping Policy on a regular basis to ensure you have reviewed and are familiar with the most current policy.
